Browvanna is a brow and lash studio in Pembroke Pines, founded by Kenny — a brow artist with 4 years of experience. We specialize in natural brow design, brow lamination, hybrid tint, and lash lifts. We don’t over-tweeze here: we respect your natural brow growth and do a custom mapping at every visit to enhance your shape without taking too much. Our goal is for you to leave feeling like you, but better. Browvanna es un estudio de cejas y pestañas en Pembroke Pines, fundado por Kenny — brow artist con 4 años de experiencia. Nos especializamos en diseño natural de cejas, laminado, tinte híbrido y lash lift. Aquí no sobre-depilamos: respetamos el crecimiento natural de tus cejas y hacemos un mapping previo en cada cita para realzar tu forma sin quitarte de más. CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To keep everything running smoothly, please take a look at our policy: • All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. • You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee, which covers the deposit. • No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the service total. Para mantener todo en orden, te compartimos nuestra política: • Todas las citas requieren un depósito del 50% al momento de agendar para asegurar tu espacio. Este depósito se aplica al total del servicio el día de tu cita. • Puedes reprogramar o cancelar tu cita hasta 24 horas antes sin ningún cargo. • Las cancelaciones dentro de las 24 horas tendrán un cargo del 50%, correspondiente al depósito. • Las ausencias (no-shows) tendrán un cargo del 100% del valor del servicio.
